公司最近每月都會有辦英文的 workshop 工作坊,
這次剛好柯南有報到參加,
原本以為和一般英文會話課差不多,
不過因為主題是提拉米蘇,
老師還真的帶領了同學一起手工製作提拉米蘇。

柯南很不好意思地自我招認,
平常是沒有任何下廚習慣,
也幾乎沒有任何經驗的!

沒想到這次可以邊學英文,
邊做提拉米蘇,
真的是很棒阿!
以下是製作提拉米蘇的步驟: 

1. Pour 150 ml of whipping cream into a bowl

whisk 

2. Add 4 tablespoons of icing sugar, then whisk the cream and icing sugar until soft peaks form

mascarpone

3. Take 250 ml of mascarpone cream; add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon of liqueur and 50ml of coffee
    Mix until all the ingredients are thoroughly meted together

4. Take the cream mixture and fold it into the mascarpone mixture with spatula.

5. Take a ladies' finger and break it in half

Dip

6. Dip one half into the coffee

Arrange

7, Arrange the coffee-dipped ladies' finger at the bottom of cup; add a dollop of the cream and mascarpone mixture on top

8. Repeat Step 7; and wait around 30 mins

9. Peel chocolate curls to decorate tiramisu; scatter cocoa  powder on top for a finishing touch

雖然賣相可能不是很專業,
但吃起來個人覺得很好吃喔!

這真的是又有吃又可以學英文的超推工作坊!
